What is Tremolator?

Tremolator is a tremolo and auto-gate plug-in for analog-style guitar tremolo and beat-synced rhythmic chopping, referencing hardware such as the Fender Vibrolux amp and Wurlitzer electric piano.

Waveforms are modelled from measured vintage hardware and can be edited with a custom LFO waveshape editor.

MIDI sync locks it to tempo, and a square waveshape turns it into an auto-gate. A programmable Rhythm Editor, groove library, swing and accents are included.

Dynamic control lets playing dynamics drive speed and depth.

Measured waveforms

Waveforms come from measured vintage gear and can be edited in the waveshape editor.

Analog mode

Emulates a signal passing through analog hardware.

Dynamic control

Input level can drive speed and depth, with presets in a Dynamics folder.

MIDI sync and auto-gate

Choose note values such as 1/8 or 1/16 and use a square wave for rhythmic gating.

Rhythm Editor

Program custom patterns with a groove library, swing and accents.
