What is LCT 441 FLEX?

The LEWITT LCT 441 FLEX is an XLR condenser microphone with a 1-inch diaphragm and eight selectable polar patterns. The official page positions it for vocals, instruments and content creation.

The patterns are omni, wide cardioid, cardioid, supercardioid and figure-8, plus three reversed patterns. Switching lets you choose between a tight pickup and a more open room sound.

It has a full-metal housing and weighs 325 g. The compact shape keeps your face visible to a camera. Sensitivity is 17.2 mV/Pa, max SPL is 144 dB SPL and self-noise is 7 dB(A).

It runs on 48 V phantom power and includes a shock mount, magnetic pop filter, foam windscreen and transport bag.

LEWITT positions it as a studio allrounder, noting that three reverse patterns change the overall recording direction, so you can move between highly directional capture and a more open room sound.

Suggested uses include vocals, acoustic instruments, guitar amplifiers, drums, room miking, podcasts and streams; the reverse patterns are pointed to for guitar cabinets, drums and room mics.
