An introduction to DOTEC-AUDIO DeeVocalTools, based on information from the maker and distributors: what it does, how to use it and who it may suit. It is not scored.
This is an all-in-one vocal plugin that combines all of these features into a single tool.

What is DeeVocalTools?
DeeVocalTools is an all-in-one vocal processor from DOTEC-AUDIO. It puts a de-esser, a multiband compressor, a vocal EQ and a pitch-tracking doubler into a single plug-in.
Each function is designed to be adjusted with a single slider, which suggests a workflow built for quick decisions rather than deep parameter tweaking.
According to the official release notes, version 2.0.0 adds MIDI note input for building harmonies of up to 12 voices, lowers CPU load, and works in OBS Studio (Unison Double mode only, without MIDI).
It is available as VST2, VST3, AU and AAX for 64-bit Windows and macOS. The demo inserts one second of silence every 30 seconds, so you can try it before buying.
De-esser
Reduces harsh sibilance in the vocal. It may help when a recording has strong high frequencies that become tiring to listen to.
Vocal multiband compressor
Compresses by frequency band to even out loudness. It may be useful when a take has big level differences between verse and chorus.
Vocal EQ
An EQ aimed at adjusting the high-frequency balance. It may suit cases where a vocal feels dull or needs more presence.
Pitch-tracking doubling
Creates layered voices that follow the pitch of the vocal to thicken it. It may be a way to add width without recording a second take.
MIDI harmony (2.0.0)
Send MIDI notes to create harmonies of up to 12 voices. It may be handy for sketching backing vocals from a played-in melody.
One-slider control
Every function is adjusted with one slider, which may make it approachable for people new to vocal processing.
