Professional studio monitors don't have to dominate your desk or your budget.

What is iLoud Micro Monitor?
The iLoud Micro Monitor is an ultra-compact active studio monitor from IK Multimedia. It is sold as a stereo pair, and each unit measures 99 x 136 x 165 mm, so it fits on a small desk.
Each speaker uses a 3-inch woofer and a 3/4-inch tweeter, each with a dedicated Class-D amplifier. Crossover, equalization and acoustic optimization are handled by a 56-bit DSP, according to IK.
Inputs are balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA, and Bluetooth audio streaming is also supported, so you can play a track from a phone for quick reference listening without connecting a computer.
Acoustic controls for desktop and shelf placement, an integrated isolation base and a standard microphone-stand mount are included. The pair consists of an active and a passive unit joined by a link cable.
Palm-sized cabinets
Each unit is 99 x 136 x 165 mm and fits a crowded desk. A dedicated travel bag is sold separately, which may suit mobile or secondary setups.
Bi-amplified design with DSP
Woofer and tweeter each have their own Class-D amplifier, and a 56-bit DSP handles crossover and correction. The design aims to keep frequency balance consistent from a small cabinet.
XLR and RCA inputs
Balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs let you connect an audio interface, mixer or player easily.
Bluetooth reference listening
Bluetooth audio streaming is supported, so you could compare your mix with reference tracks played from a phone.
Placement-aware acoustic controls
Acoustic controls for desktop and shelf placement help deal with how the position changes the low end.
Isolation base and stand mount
An integrated isolation base reduces vibration into the desk, and a standard microphone-stand mount lets you adjust position and angle.
