A singing synthesizer is software that sings for you when you enter a melody and lyrics. The official FAQ says NEUTRINO can be downloaded and used for free within the range of ordinary music production. The voice library has also been distributed for free since May 2025.

It reads score data (MusicXML) and has it sung. The FAQ describes a way to use MIDI from a DAW by converting it to MusicXML through notation software.
Japanese only
Lyrics are entered in hiragana or katakana. English and Chinese are not supported at present.
