What is Uhbik 2?
Uhbik 2 is a collection of 10 studio effects from u-he: reverb, delay, compressor, flanger, pitch shifter, phaser, EQ, filter / distortion, frequency shifter and tremolo (per the manufacturer).
It runs on macOS 10.10 or later, Windows 7 or later and Linux. Formats are CLAP, AUv2, VST3 and AAX on macOS, and CLAP, VST3 and AAX on Windows (64-bit only). A host application is required (per the manufacturer).

Ten effects in one
Ambience (reverb), Compressor, Delay, Flanger, Grainshift (granular pitch shifter), Phaser, EQ, Runciter (filter / distortion), Shifter (frequency shifter) and Tremolo. The manufacturer says they cover everything from subtle coloring to strong effects.
Reverb and delay
Ambience combines early reflections with a classic plate reverb, with four reverb algorithms to choose from and separate decay times for low and high bands. Delay has five parallel taps, each with its own time, pan, level and feedback (per the manufacturer).
A stronger modulation system
The manufacturer calls the modulation system, with LFOs, envelopes and a 128-step mapper that can also act as a sequencer, the highlight of version 2. MIDI control is fully supported.
Surround support
Each effect supports surround of up to 8 channels, such as 7.1, 5.1 and quadraphonic (per the manufacturer).

You can download the demo from the official site and enter a serial number to turn it into the full version. The demo adds noise at random intervals (per the manufacturer).
After you buy: installation and activation
