What is TS112?

The TS112 is the largest subwoofer in EVE Audio's ThunderStorm line, built around a 12-inch woofer and a passive radiator.

Its DSP affects only the bass driver, and the satellite signal path stays analog.

A PWM amplifier delivers 400 W of short-term output, and the frequency range is listed as 24 Hz to 300 Hz (-3 dB).

It has XLR, RCA, optical and USB connections and includes a remote. It may suit larger rooms or setups that need to check lower frequencies.

12-inch woofer

A larger woofer than the TS110's 10 inches, with a listed lower limit of 24 Hz, which may suit those checking very low frequencies.

Passive radiator

It uses a passive radiator instead of a bass-reflex port.

DSP for bass only

The DSP only affects the subwoofer driver, and the satellite path stays analog. Pure Satellite mode is available.

Filters

A variable subwoofer filter (60 to 140 Hz), satellite filter (flat / 80 Hz) and phase inversion (0/180 degrees).

Input selection

Choose analog, optical or USB; input level is set to +8 dBu or +22 dBu.

SMART-knob and remote

The knob sets filters and volume, and the remote adjusts subwoofer and system volume.

Protection features

A limiter, Safe Fade-In and parameter lock are included.
